Hi, I Am Monisha M Mano
Hello there! I am from Chennai and currently settled in North India. After working 9+ years as a HR in a prestigious company, I took a break due to maternity. Over the years I found how important diet plays in our well being and especially after hearing about a lot of health issues in close ones that could’ve simply been avoided with the right guidance and proper food choices, I decided to study about Nutrition. As I embrace the most important role of my life, I’ve planned to parallelly guide as many as possible – something I am very passionate about.
My approach to nutrition is practical, realistic, and sustainable. I do not believe in extreme diets, salad-only meals, or unnecessary and expensive food choices. As a mother, I understand the challenges of balancing health with daily responsibilities, which helps me guide clients with empathy and clarity. I focus on long-term well-being, mindful eating, and lifestyle habits aligned with natural body rhythms.
